Position Overview:
Join a well-established, family-owned independent insurance agency that has been serving its community since 1970. Were looking for a licensed Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys working closely with clients, providing guidance, and delivering a high level of service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who values stability, enjoys relationship-building, and wants to grow within a respected, service-focused agency.
What Youll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assist clients with coverage questions, policy updates, and account support
  • Review policies and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Prepare quotes and present options across multiple carriers
  • Support client retention through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Deliver a positive, responsive service experience at every touchpoint
What Were Looking For:
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
