The Trevor Moriarty Insurance Agency located downtown San Luis Obispo is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team! We help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

We have a high-performing sales team and are looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential. Our office has a competitive culture: we expect a lot from ourselves and each other, at the same time we support one another and work together to create an enjoyable work environment where we all succeed.

Sales Representatives receive a constant flow of qualified opportunities through incoming leads, inbound calls, referral opportunities, cross-sell opportunities, and walk-in prospects in our busy office. We also setup dedicated time for our producers to develop their own referral network outside of the office through local groups and organizations.

Whether you have insurance experience or come from another successful sales background, we're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and driven to exceed goals. If you're motivated to achieve goals, help customers protect what matters most, and control your income through performance, we'd love to meet you.

Successful producers who consistently meet minimum performance requirements typically earn $75,000 during their first full year, with the potential to double that amount with top performance.
