Job description

Job Summary:
Western & Southern Financial Group is a Fortune 500 company dedicated to employee development and community service. They are seeking a Data Integration Test Engineer to lead and standardize data integration test strategies, manage data requests, and develop automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and standardize enterprise data integration test strategies.
• Manages the process for accepting, provisioning, and fulfilling data requests from ongoing projects, coordinating with the release team to align timelines with integrated application environments and code availability.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated ETL, data warehouse, and operational data store testing using Informatica and related tools.
• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable data testing frameworks, standards, and drive continuous improvement in data testing processes.
• Mentor and train data testing team members while ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience in software test engineering using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience with data models from a technical solution and business use.
Preferred:
• hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries for testing ODS, Data Marts, Relational Databases, NoSQL databases, and Data Warehouses.
• hands-on experience with various Data Integration / Business Intelligence testing in a complex environment working with an engine based ETL tool as well as Cognos or Tableau reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with data concepts including OLTP, OLAP, centralized, functional, federated data warehouses, data merging, cleansing, scrubbing, aggregation, dependent and independent data marts, star schema, various table dimensions, types of facts and fact tables, dimension modeling, and different types of OLAPs.
