We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Analytics Manager (Data Analytics Manager) to join our enterprise marketing team and oversee analytics, campaign performance, and key marketing initiatives.
Work Arrangement: This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be available to work from a corporate hub five days a week; hybrid or remote work is not an option
Location: (On-Site Required) AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR, TX, WA, or UT
Salary Range: This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,875 - $134,500 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
Key Responsibilities
  • Works under limited supervision to lead analysis on key marketing initiatives and prepares executive reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into a clear, persuasive narrative specifically for a marketing leadership audience. They need to be able to connect data points directly to campaign strategy and business impact.
  • A/B Testing Expertise: Must be able to design, execute, and analyze complex marketing tests.
  • Oversee public facing web properties, including controls on web page publishing, using analytics to measure results and inform strategy.
  • Act as liaison with martech, growth marketing, agency and segment marketing teams.

Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of marketing, data science, data analytics, information systems, statistics or a related experience. Some managerial/supervisory experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Proven Marketing Domain Experience: Requires a considerable working knowledge of all aspects of marketing strategies and tactics, including interactive, digital and print marketing
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau/Adobe suite/ desirable.
  • Ability to manage large projects, and agile product management/development.
  • Must have sound management, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid client relationship, project management, problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
  • Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
