Insurance Construction Remote information

What is an Insurance Construction Remote job?

An Insurance Construction Remote job involves working with insurance companies to assess, manage, and coordinate repairs or reconstruction after property damage, such as from fire, water, or storms, while working remotely. Professionals in this role may estimate costs, review claims, oversee contractors, and ensure projects comply with insurance policies—all from a home office or another offsite location. The position often requires knowledge of construction processes, insurance procedures, and strong communication skills to coordinate between clients, adjusters, and contractors remotely.

What is the difference between Insurance Construction Remote vs Insurance Adjuster?

AspectInsurance Construction RemoteInsurance Adjuster
Required CredentialsLicenses, certifications in construction and insuranceAdjuster licenses, certifications in claims processing
Work EnvironmentRemote, field visits for inspectionsOffice-based or remote, field inspections
Industry UsageInsurance, construction, claims assessmentInsurance, claims evaluation, settlement

Insurance Construction Remote professionals focus on assessing construction-related insurance claims remotely or on-site, combining construction knowledge with insurance claims expertise. Insurance Adjusters handle claims evaluations, often working remotely or in the field, with a primary focus on insurance policies. While both roles require insurance licenses, Insurance Construction Remote specialists also need construction knowledge, making their roles distinct yet overlapping in claims assessment.

How does remote work impact collaboration with field teams in an insurance construction role?

In a remote insurance construction position, collaboration with on-site field teams is primarily facilitated through digital communication tools such as video calls, project management software, and real-time document sharing. While remote work allows for flexibility, it can be challenging to maintain clear, timely communication and ensure all parties are aligned on project updates or claim assessments. To address this, successful remote professionals in this role prioritize regular check-ins, clear documentation, and proactive outreach to field staff. Building strong relationships with both internal and external teams is essential for smooth project execution and effective claims resolution.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Insurance Construction Remote specialist, and why are they important?

To excel as an Insurance Construction Remote specialist, you need a strong background in construction practices, insurance claims processes, and damage assessment, typically supported by relevant certifications or experience in construction or insurance. Familiarity with claims management software, remote inspection tools, and digital collaboration platforms is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are vital soft skills for effectively liaising with clients and stakeholders remotely. These skills ensure accurate claims handling, efficient remote inspections, and excellent customer service, which are crucial for success in this role.

Job description

Who We're Looking For - Product Marketing Manager, Emerging

The Product Marketing Manager, Emerging owns productization and go-to-market end to end for Clearlink's Emerging vertical. The role turns recurring monetization demand into repeatable, sell-ready revenue products - anchored to revenue and gross margin - so Business Development and Partner Strategy can close faster, at higher value, and with proof that holds up.

Emerging spans several distinct categories and audiences: Mobile (WhistleOut), TV/Streaming (the streaming side of CableTV.com and HowToWatch), Moving (Move.org), and Security (SafeWise). Reporting to the SVP, Product Marketing, this role sets standard pricing and packaging for the vertical's revenue products - Sponsorships, IAB Display, and Distribution - builds the sell-ready assets BD uses in market, keeps a continuous read on the advertiser landscape across each category, stays accountable for delivering what was sold, and reports on performance so every closed deal becomes proof for the next one. Because Emerging covers more than one category, the role calls for someone who can prioritize across distinct advertiser bases and move quickly where demand and opportunity are strongest.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Builds and defends value-based pricing and a standard program menu across the Emerging categories.
  • Develops product descriptions, positioning, and pitch assets tailored to mobile, streaming, moving, and security advertisers.
  • Productizes and packages the vertical's Sponsorship, IAB Display, and Distribution offerings.
  • Keeps one-pagers, talk tracks, rate cards, and case studies current across categories.
  • Partners with Partner Strategy and Business Development to answer RFPs from the menu.
  • Owns delivery against partner commitments and stays accountable to the outcome.
  • Produces standardized partner reporting and QBR support that turns delivery into case studies and into renewed and expanded partner spend.
  • Prioritizes effort across the Emerging categories, concentrating on where demand, opportunity, and margin are strongest.
What You Bring
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including rate-card construction, value-based pricing, and net-revenue measurement.
  • Ability to package complex offerings into clear, defensible rate cards, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
  • Ability to operate across multiple revenue products (Sponsorships, IAB Display, Distribution) and multiple categories with distinct advertiser bases.
  • Comfort positioning to a range of advertisers - mobile, streaming, moving, and security - whose buying criteria differ by category.
  • Ability to prioritize and switch context across several categories without losing momentum.
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to manage concurrent productization workstreams.
  • Ability to analyze and identify trends across audience, partner, and competitive data.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, media sales, or revenue-side go-to-market.
  • Working knowledge of digital media measurement (impressions, clicks, conversions) and at least one B2B2C revenue model (sponsorships, programmatic/IAB display, or distribution).

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Background in one or more of the Emerging categories - mobile/wireless, TV/streaming, moving/home services, or home security advertising markets.
  • Direct experience packaging editorial or content sponsorships (publisher-, agency-, or platform-side).
  • Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), IAB standards, and the direct-sold display ecosystem.
  • Experience with distribution or syndication deal structuring.
  • Experience productizing owned-audience media products for external sale.
  • Comfort building go-to-market for newer or less-established categories.
