Job description

Account Executive – Location: Sandy, UT – Full-time In office

Description:

This is a support role for high-net worth client insurance producers with functions to include new account onboarding, account servicing, changes and amendments and external agency interactions. Incumbents would regularly work across multiple platforms and serve clients in a varied set of industries. Supporting a book of business may include support for annual renewals and other recurring client-servicing functions. Multitasking and working with multiple producers will be a normal expectation of the role. The ideal candidate would have been in a similar role with 3 years minimum experience working with an insurance carrier or broker / agent support role.

Responsibilities:

Working with high-net worth personal and commercial accounts

Supporting several producers in the XINSURANCE Select division

Participate in formal and informal training to develop a strong understanding of the open-market accounts that are being used for external placements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to support business development goals and recurring client requirements .

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, claims, accounting and risk and compliance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Supporting XINSURANCE Select Portfolio and developing relationships with internal support teams.

Dynamic personality with a willingness to learn and grow

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Curious, flexible, and creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Competent in the use of technology and able to adapt to new systems

Team-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
