Job description

Administration Assistant needed immediately for a fast-growing company in Gastonia, NC. We are looking for licensed Property-Casualty Insurance Agents, but we will train and pay for the licenses of the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and assist clients with all policy questions or concerns. Direct calls to the proper persons and take messages as needed.
  • Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person.
  • Take payments and provide a receipt to customers in person or by phone
  • Contact customers from the agent's book of business and conduct Customer Protection Reviews
  • Provides customer service to policyholders as needed
  • Assists customers with problems, complaints, and other issues
  • Notifies agent/office manager of problems occurring in the support area and recommends a solution
  • Claims Follow-Up Process
  • Write Home and Auto policies as needed for Clients


Requirements

  • An NC Property and Casualty Insurance License or willing to get one. Company Paid
  • Agency Experience
  • Great Customer Service Skills - People Person
  • Outstanding Problem-Solving Capabilities
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills
  • Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills

Our Account Executive position involves answering multiple phone lines, providing outstanding customer service to agency customers, consulting clients on coverage and protection limits and providing annual insurance reviews, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters and reports, and performing other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner and/or associates.
