  • Doyouhave a background insuccessfully handling acollectionsdispute processfrombeginning to end?

  • Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?

  • Have youdevelopedaproficiencywith office management tools(e.g.Excel, SAPMicrosoftOffice Suite,etc.?)

  • Do you havethetenacityand perseveranceto seean objectivethrough to completion?

  • Have you been successful in documentingstatus updates/details to present to stakeholders?

As our Collections Associate,youwillperforma variety ofcreditcollectiontasks related toourbranchoperationsincludinginitial contact with customer,request action/follow-up appropriately,andrecord disputes.Disputes arefacilitatedby you as youcoordinatewith theappropriate parties.

You willbring5+years ofrelevantB2B Collectionsexpertiseand an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociates'degreeinarelated fieldoranadditional10+years of experience.Proficiencyin SAP/Excel/GAPis required tobe successful in this role.

The hiring range for this role is $75,900.00- $99,645.00.The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentivebased on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
