Job description

Our client is seeking Remote Licensed Insurance Representatives!
 
Job Details for Remote Licensed Insurance Representatives:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Fully remote position
  • Pay rate: $22-$24/HR depending upon experience
  • Healthcare benefits after 30 days!
  • Paid weekly
 
Job Responsibilities for Remote Licensed Insurance Representatives:
 
  • Answer questions about our brand, product offerings, and/or coverage limits 
  • Obtain necessary documentation quickly and efficiently 
  • Maintain a high level of quality, consistently adhering to underwriting guidelines
  • Receive inbound calls from policy holders, agents and brokers needing service on existing policies  
  • Make outbound calls to maintain and manage consistent follow-up processes  
  • Work as a team to create and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and brokers 
  • Thoroughly document all interactions  
  • Escalate complex risks to more senior underwriters for additional assistance or reassignment  
 
Job Requirements for Remote Licensed Insurance Representatives:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producers license in your state of residence  
  • Prior insurance service experience, preferably minimum 1 year  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong ability to work independently as part of a virtual team 
  • Advanced computer skills – ability to navigate multiple computer screens
  • Reliable high-speed internet 
  • Upon offer – background check, drug screen, and education verification
