Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our commercial insurance team. You will work with clients, producers, and carriers, managing the end-to-end processing of commercial policies while delivering exceptional service to our business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service & Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for business clients regarding coverage inquiries, billing issues, and policy updates.
  • Certificate & Documentation Processing: Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), Evidence of Property, auto ID cards, and binders with high accuracy and speed.
  • Renewal & Marketing Support: Prepare renewal applications and summaries of insurance; request loss runs and renewal quotations from carriers.
  • Policy Auditing: Review policy audits for accuracy and facilitate corrections between the client and carrier to ensure proper billing.
  • Endorsement Management: Process complex endorsement requests, including adding/removing equipment, vehicles, or additional insureds.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all client interactions and transactions in the our agency management system.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Licensing: Must obtain P/C license within 90 days of hiring.
  • Software Proficiency: Ability to navigate agency management systems.
  • Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, ability to handle high-stakes business accounts, and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
