Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Client Service Manager. This position is essential in supporting our Client Service Manager in day to day operations and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. In the absence of the Client Service Manager the Assistant Client Service Manager will fill in and be the liaison between Bergen Logistics and our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist and help the Client Service Managers assign job tasks and projects to the warehouse.
  • Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports.ย 
  • Create and import flat files as needed (Inventory, ASNs, Pick tickets).
  • Plan and track the inbound materials and put away new receiving.
  • Monitor WMS system to track SLA.ย 
  • Communicate with warehouse teams and escalate issues.
  • Intercept carrier packages as needed.
  • Printing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor warehouse Inbound and Outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with the warehouse team and escalate any issues.
  • Collect and report data and photos as needed.
  • Enter warehouse transfers of raw materials.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with a self-driven desire to succeed.
