Job description

We are looking for an Insurance Client Administrator to join our dedicated team in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

Be the first friendly voice our clients hear when they need assistance with their policies.

Help our team maintain accurate client records so that every policyholder receives timely and precise information.

Assist in processing policy changes and answering questions about coverage with clarity and patience.

Communicate regularly with insurance carriers to ensure our clients' requests are handled smoothly.

Support our local office operations to ensure everything runs efficiently for our daily visitors.

Collaborate with our insurance advisors to gather the necessary documentation for new and existing accounts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with basic computer systems and digital documentation.

Clear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple requests while keeping an organized workspace.

Previous experience in a customer-focused role is helpful but not mandatory.

Active insurance licensing is a plus, but we are happy to support your path to getting licensed if you aren't already.
