What You'll Do
As an In-House Marketing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our resort guests. Your ability to create excitement and build rapport directly impacts the guest experience while helping introduce travelers to the benefits of vacation ownership.
In this role, you will:
� Engage resort guests and owners in a friendly, professional manner
� Generate interest in Capital Vacations' vacation ownership program
� Schedule qualified owners for Owner Updates
� Invite qualified non-owners to attend a vacation ownership presentation
� Educate guests on resort amenities, vacation opportunities, and available incentives
� Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual production goals
� Accurately complete required documentation and reporting
� Maintain knowledge of company programs, promotions, and local attractions
� Support resort operations by assisting guests with questions and enhancing their overall vacation experience
