What do you need to become an AGLA® Insurance Advisor?
Good communication skills / excellent listening skills
Strong time management, organization and computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to obtain or currently possess an active Life/Health license
Positive outlook, self motivation and self discipline
Outgoing personality with ability to build new relationships with a healthy network of contacts
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Valid state drivers license with reliable insured transportation
