Insurance Advisor (Direct Path to Agency Ownership)

Our local Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a dedicated Insurance Advisor. In this role, your focus will be on educating clients, providing exceptional service, and growing our client base. If you excel at connecting with people and consistently meeting your goals, we will actively mentor you and help you transition into our Agency Ownership program so you can open your own doors.

Responsibilities

Consult Advise: Meet with local families and businesses to understand their unique needs and recommend the right coverage to protect what matters most.

Build Relationships: Grow your network through community involvement, referrals, and warmly following up on agency-provided leads.


Grow the Agency: Consistently welcome new clients to the agency by providing thoughtful, solutions-based recommendations.


Learn the Business: Master the ins and outs of the insurance industry by working closely with a successful, established agency owner.

Requirements

A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of success in sales, account management, or customer service.


An entrepreneurial thinker who wants to transition from being a great employee to a successful business owner in the next 1-2 years.


Currently licensed in Property Casualty and Life Health (or eager and willing to obtain them with our guidance).
