Job Summary
The Specialty Services Crew Lead is responsible for providing on-site leadership, quality assurance, and technical expertise for a wide range of specialty pest management services. This role supports the General Manager by coordinating daily specialty field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and state regulations. The Crew Lead will oversee small teams in the field and serve as a point of contact for quality control, training, customer communication, and problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise technicians performing specialty services, ensuring proper work quality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Support the development of the team members through 1:1 development dialogue discussions through daily check in/check outs and reviews throughout the year.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and job readiness with the GM.
  • Provide on-site guidance and ensure correct execution of service protocols.
  • Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to verify compliance with company standards.
  • Support GM with any necessary paperwork, quality control checks and operational metrics to ensure quality service and profitability for the location operation.
  • Perform and oversee rodent exclusion work, including sealing entry points, installing exclusion materials, and assessing structural vulnerabilities.
  • Lead rodent trapping programs, including trap placement, monitoring, and removal.
  • Oversee and assist with attic insulation removal, installation, sanitation, and pest-grade insulation application.
  • Perform termite control services including liquid treatments, trenching, rodding, drilling, and Sentricon bait station installation and monitoring.
  • Support or lead specialty jobs such as wildlife services, bed bug treatments, German cockroach programs, flea treatments, and other ancillary pest or remediation services.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE, tools, equipment, and chemical products.
  • Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
  • Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license
  • Must have Field Representative Branch Two and Field Representative Branch Three licenses
  • Certifications or experience with Sentricon, termite liquid applications, wildlife trapping, or structural exclusion
  • Prior crew lead or supervisory experience
  • Experience with attic remediation, insulation, or moisture control services
  • Works well in the presence of all pests
  • Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions)
  • Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
