Insulation Installer | $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 40 + Hours Weekly

Job Duties:

  • Blow in fiberglass and cellulose attic insulation
  • Air seal attic penetrations, top plates, and bypasses
  • Seal, repair, and modify residential duct systems
  • Install new duct runs and perform duct modifications
  • Work safely in hot attics and tight spaces
  • Cut drywall and enlarge return openings when needed
  • Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setting and prep
  • Run blower door testing (training provided)
  • Deliver clean, professional work homeowners can trust

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience blowing insulation
  • Experience in weatherization or energy efficiency work preferred
  • Comfortable working in hot attics during summer conditions
  • Experience with duct sealing, air sealing, or duct installation strongly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a crew
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Construction or skilled trade background is a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
