Key Responsibilities

  • Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.
  • Perform tasks at heights, including ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.
  • Navigate tight or confined spaces such as crawl spaces and mechanical rooms.
  • Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.
  • Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.
  • Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean MVR.
Preferred:
  • Extensive experience with spray foam systems and related equipment.
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience in insulation or construction.
