Looking for experienced insulation techs, laborers, sales, and operation managers. This is a full-time position. $1000 bonus after 90 days and another $1000 after 180 days. $2000 after one year. Top pay to the right individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Remove and dispose of old insulation.
  • Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around electrical and piping.
  • Secure insulation with staples, tape, or screws.
  • Experience in Spray Foam Insulation using both open and closed-cell foams.
  • Knowledge of rig operation and maintenance is a must.
  • Install plastic barriers to protect insulation from moisture.

Other Duties:
  • Insulators install and replace the material that saves energy and helps reduce noise in buildings. Insulators also install fire-stopping materials to prevent the spread of a fire and smoke throughout a building.
  • Insulators often must remove old insulation when renovating buildings.
  • Insulators use common handtools, such as knives, trowels, and scissors. They also may use a variety of power tools, and hand tools such as hammers or staple guns to fasten insulation to walls, and mechanical tools such an as generators or air compressors to spray insulation.
  • Insulators sometimes wrap a cover of aluminum, sheet metal, or plastic over the insulation. Doing so protects the insulation from contact damage and keeps moisture out.
  • Floor, ceiling, and wall insulators install insulation in attics, under floors, and behind walls in homes and other buildings. To fill the space between wall studs and ceiling joists, workers either unroll, cut, fit, and staple batts of insulation or spray foam insulation.

Required:
  • Occasional heavy lifting is required.
  • Constant climbing, bending, stooping, crawling, reaching and other awkward body positions often throughout the day are required with free range of motion of your body.
  • Constantly being on your feet throughout the day is required as well.
  • Work is outside and can be in extreme temperatures.
  • Must be physically fit to withstand physical demands.
  • Being able to perform mathematical calculations is required and to read or understand a tape measure.
  • Basic reading comprehension skills required.
  • Ability to speak and understand basic English.
  • Requirement to prove right to work legally within the boundaries of the United States of America.
  • Drug and Alcohol Free job sites.
  • Ability to show up on time every day and work.
  • Valid driver's license for lead sprayers.
