Job description

Sous la supervision du directeur maintenance et projets, le ou la - technicien(ne) en instrumentation et contrôle est responsable de participer à installer, programmer, entretenir et dépanner les systèmes automatisés et de contrôle dans un environnement industriel. Il ou elle contribue à l'optimisation des procédés, à l'amélioration continue de l'équipement et participe au bon fonctionnement des installations automatisé
Responsabilité :
Participer à analyser les besoins et la planification technique :
  • Participer et échanger avec les divers intervenants dans l’entreprise (maintenance et opérations) afin de définir les exigences techniques des projets (fonctionnement, performance, optimisation);
Prise de relevés et tenue à jour des plans :
  • Participer aux relevés dimensionnels et point-à-point sur site (instruments, tuyauteries, chemins de câbles, etc.);
  • Participer à mettre à jour le catalogue de dessins et les P&ID (« Plans d’Instrumentation) après chaque modification : schémas d’instrumentation, plans « tel que construit » et nomenclatures.
Installation, étalonnage et mise en service :
  • Participer à installer, configurer et calibrer capteurs (pression, débit, température, niveau), analyseurs de gaz (SO, NO) et vannes motorisées:
  • Participer à programmer et tester les automates Siemens (S7-300/1500) et les contrôleurs déportés : logique de démarrage/arrêt, séquences de contrôle, alarmes critiques et tendances;
Maintenance préventive et corrective :
  • Participer à réaliser des diagnostics et réparer les défaillances;
  • Participer aux arrêts programmés (Quench, maintenance planifiée, etc.) en coordination avec les superviseurs pour minimiser l’impact sur la production;
Optimisation des systèmes :
  • Participer à proposer et développer des améliorations des séquences de contrôle PI&D
  • Participer aux études d’efficacité.
Systèmes de sécurité instrumentés (SIS) et conformité CSA :
  • Participer à intégrer et documenter les interlocks dans l’historien de l’usine pour traçabilité et audit CSA;
Documentation et rapports :
  • Participer à tenir à jour la documentation technique : manuels d’entretien, fiches de calibration, rapports d’intervention et plans;
  • Participer à préparer et soumettre les demandes d’approvisionnement : établir l’inventaire, contacter les fournisseurs Siemens et autres, recommander les pièces;
Formation, support et SSE :
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les règlements SST et participer à l’élaboration de procédures sécuritaires;
  • Contribuer à l’innovation et à la croissance de RSI en apportant des idées et des solutions pour les futurs développements industriels;
  • Participer à effectuer du support technique d’urgence (troubleshooting);
  • Effectuer la mise à l’énergie zéro (cadenassage) de manière sécuritaire avant toute intervention sur un équipement, conformément aux procédures établies;
  • Participer à toutes autres tâches relatives à l’exploitation de l’usine et à des interventions d’urgence;

  • DEC en génie électrique instrumentation & contrôle, électrotechnique ou équivalent. (En cours);
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de la communication pour travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire;
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et esprit d’innovation pour projets d’amélioration continue;
  • Capacité d’analyse et de formuler des recommandations adaptées au contexte;
  • Avoir le sens de l’organisation, la capacité de gérer les priorités et de travailler sous pression;
