Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour + Overtime
Position Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking I & E Technicians for an industrial infrastructure project in Salt Lake City, UT. This long-term, career-building opportunity involves the upgrade of existing facilities and providing electricians with the ability to enhance their skills in the Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) trade through on-site training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform instrumentation work, including calibration and troubleshooting of:
  • Pressure transmitters
  • Temperature transmitters
  • Differential Pressure, Flow, and Level sensors
  • Control valves
  • Use basic testing equipment
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting Understanding the difference between Analog & Discrete I/Os.
  • Basic tubing bending & installation for electrical instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Site Maintenance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Industrial electrical experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and electrical components.
  • Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Must pass a drug screening before employment.
