About the role
HealthFitness is seeking passionate and dynamic group fitness instructors to join our team at a premier client site in Vienna, VA. We're currently hiring a Yoga Instructor and a Strength/Total Body Conditioning Instructor to lead one class per week in the evenings. Preferred class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45-5:45 PM, with flexibility to explore alternative days and times based on availability.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Yoga and Strength/Total Body Conditioning group exercise to members.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, and/or 200HR+ Yoga certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $32/hr - $42/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
