Alors que nous nous preparons a donner vie a notre nouveau studioSamadhi, nous sommes a la recherche d'instructeurs et instructrices exceptionnels qui combinent de solides connaissances techniques avec chaleur, presence et la capacite de creer une experience qui donne envie aux membres de revenir.

Nous recrutons actuellement pour le format suivant :

Pilates Amped
Des mouvements inspires du Pilates rencontrent une musique energique dans un cours exigeant et sculptant, enseigne avec intention et en rythme dans notre studio Samadhi chauffe.
Nous recherchons des instructeurs et instructrices qui :

  • Detiennent la certification appropriee en Pilates au sol

  • Possedent d'excellentes competences en coaching de groupe et en gestion de classe

  • Sont capables de diriger un grand groupe avec assurance

  • Ont une forte presence et de la personnalite

  • Creent naturellement des liens avec les membres

  • Excellent dans l'anticipation des consignes et communiquent leurs directives avec clarte

  • Possedent une excellente musicalite, particulierement pour Pilates Amped

  • Sont capables d'enseigner de facon securitaire et efficace dans un environnement chauffe

  • Sont a l'aise avec les mouvements athletiques et le renforcement musculaire lorsque le format l'exige

  • Sont capables d'enseigner avec assurance enfrancais et en anglais

  • Sont ouverts a la retroaction et au developpement

Midtown Sanctuaire is undergoing an exciting transformation, with newly designed beautiful spaces and an expanded Group Fitness experience taking shape across the club.

As we prepare to bring our newSamadhi studioto life, we're looking for exceptional Pilates Mat instructors who combine strong technical knowledge with warmth, presence and the ability to create a class experience members want to return to. We are recruiting for the following format:

Pilates Amped

Pilates-inspired movement meets high-energy music in a challenging, muscle-sculpting class taught with intention and rhythm in our heated Samadhi studio.

We're looking for instructors who:

  • Hold the appropriate Pilates Mat certification for the format

  • Have exceptional group coaching and class-management skills

  • Can confidently command a large room

  • Have strong presence and personality

  • Connect naturally with members

  • Demonstrate excellent pre-cueing and coaching clarity

  • Have strong musicality, particularly for Pilates Amped

  • Can coach safely and effectively in a heated environment

  • Are comfortable with athletic movement and strength training where required

  • Can confidently teach in bothFrench and English

  • Are open to feedback, development

Candidates who move forward will be invited to audition and, if selected, will be required to participate in our Live Trainings:

Pilates Amped:September 12 | 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
