Job description

Flight Instructor with King Air Flight Line Opportunity

Contract: 6 months

Start date: September 1, 2026

We are seeking an experienced and personable Flight Instructor to work with a select group of individuals within our company pursuing their pilot licenses.

This is not a traditional flight school environment. Our staff are highly respected professionals and leaders within our organization; individuals with significant aviation related experience without the license to show for it. We are looking for an instructor who can teach with patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence; who understands how to build confidence and competence simultaneously.

The training will be completed in the companies fully equipped 1977 RI72 Hawk XP with a semi-glass panel.

At our company, we place tremendous value on our people. We believe learning to fly should be an exciting and rewarding experience, not an intimidating one. The right instructor will create a supportive, encouraging environment tailored to each individual's schedule and learning style.

Requirements:

  • Valid Flight Instructor Rating
  • Multi-IFR Rating
  • Class 3, 2, or 1
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to teach mature, high-performing professionals in a respectful and confidence-building manner
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Professionalism, patience, and adaptability

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling with motivated adult learners
  • A positive, people-first company culture
  • Opportunity to join our flight line on the King Air once the individuals complete their licenses

This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys teaching, values professionalism, and takes pride in helping people achieve meaningful personal goals.

If this sounds like a fit, we would love to hear from you.
