Job description

Job Description
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate throughout the front-to-back onboarding process. Guide clients through complex requirements including KYC, AML, Tax, Regulatory, and Credit, while coordinating closely with internal partners across Business, Operations, Legal, and Credit. Drive onboarding efficiency by resolving issues, escalating risks as needed, and contributing to process improvements and special projects that enhance client experience and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of client onboarding experience, preferably with institutional clients
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Knowledge of U.S. AML/KYC and regulatory requirements (EMEA a plus)
• Familiarity with ISDA, CDEA, MRA, and MSFTA documentation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;SharePoint and Power BI a plus
