Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Behavior Services Manager
Location: San Fernando County
Reporting Office: Northridge, CA,
Organization: The Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA)
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience)

Join IABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help lead our Adult Supported Living Services team in Los Angeles County!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA - Behavior Services Manager to oversee behavioral services, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standard of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, supervise, and evaluate behavior intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation complies with HIPAA and IABA standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to coordinate care.
  • Provide supervision and training to Community Support Companions (CSCs) and support staff.
  • Manage clinical operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in Regional Center meetings and maintain strong community relationships.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, billing reports, and budget projections.
  • Lead monthly group supervision meetings with consultants.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Master's degree (M.A.) in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or progress toward certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human services, including 2 years in management or supervision.
  • Strong background in non-aversive behavior modification and Functional Assessments.
  • Experience providing community-based, individualized training for adults with developmental disabilities.

Requirements
  • Valid California Driver's License, DMV report, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background checks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and assist individuals with mobility (e.g., transfers, walking support).
