Job description

EDS Service Solutions staffs car rental companies around the United States. You will be working with the newest cars and in top-rated rental car companies! We are now hiring at our location at the ORF Airport.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental return process in compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for Directing and identifying vehicles that are being returned, checking time or mileage, and verifying their movement to the proper lot location.

  • Welcome each customer with a smile.

  • Professional appearance, language and behavior.

  • Direct Customers to shuttle bus back to airport

  • Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration;

  • Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.

  • Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.

  • Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.

  • Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.

  • Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.

  • Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Excellent Customer Service skills with prior experience

  • Have a driver's license

  • Clean Driving Record in the past 3 year

Location: ORF Airport

Rate: $14 hourly / Weekly

Schedule: AM and PM / Weekends included
