Job description

The Lead Installer plays a crucial role in managing a small installation team while actively engaging in hands-on installation work daily. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and or Operations Manager, this position requires strong leadership in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of installation projects. Occasional travel will be necessary to oversee and support installations at various sites.

Responsibilities

  • Plan installation processes and schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Coordinate and supervise a small team of 1-3 installers
  • Perform hands-on installations daily to maintain high-quality standards
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee installation excellence
  • Liaise with Project and Operations Managers to report progress and resolve issues
  • Occasionally travel to installation sites as required

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of solid color installation experience
