Bath Planet of Salt Lake City is looking for an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing team.

We specialize in high-quality acrylic bath and shower remodeling solutions that are stylish, durable, low-maintenance, and designed to meet a wide range of homeowner needs—including accessibility solutions.

If you have experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential construction and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for completing professional bathroom remodeling installations while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often within a single day
  • Install acrylic tubs, showers, wall systems, doors, and related products
  • Perform carpentry and trim carpentry as needed
  • Complete minor construction and remodeling tasks
  • Take accurate measurements and ensure proper installation
  • Follow company installation standards and procedures
  • Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Perform basic plumbing-related tasks when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Protect the customer's home and property during installation
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners
  • Explain proper care and maintenance of completed installations
  • Complete required paperwork and job documentation
  • Take and submit installation photos
  • Maintain and organize the company installation vehicle
  • Ensure tools and materials are properly stocked for each job
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation
  • Experience working inside customers' homes
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and combination square
  • Experience using power tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other construction tools
  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and work independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
