GENERAL:

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.

YOU'LL DO:

  • Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.
  • Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately measure Products, complete Product order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
  • Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.
  • Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
  • Monitor and help the installation of jobs and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
  • Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels ( must be able to lift over 75lbs)
  • Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day
  • Complete services when necessary.
  • Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
  • Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
  • Complete OSHA Safety Course
  • Show up on time and be ready to work each day
  • Responsible for keeping their work area clean
