If you're a motivated individual with foundational skills who is eager to learn and grow into future Foreman/Lead positions, we want to talk to you!
We work on critical infrastructure, including post office dock doors, where professionalism and safety are paramount.  This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a skilled trade.
What You'll Do
  • Assist lead technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and installation of dock doors, overhead doors, and industrial door systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Maintain the highest safety standards, consistently utilizing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and steel-toe shoes.
  • Uphold a reputation for professionalism and exceptional service on all job sites.
  • Engage in physically demanding work, including bending for extended periods and lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Travel to various job sites daily, out of town, with travel expenses paid by the company.

What You'll Bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, welding, electrical work, or other transferable skilled trades.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn advanced techniques.
