The HVAC Service Technician / Installer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential heating and cooling systems. This position requires a customer-focused professional who can troubleshoot equipment efficiently, perform high-quality installations, and represent All Seasons Heating & Cooling with professionalism and integrity.

Service Technician/ Installer Responsibilities:

Service

  • Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, humidifiers, and indoor air quality equipment.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
  • Complete service tickets accurately using mobile software.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and company equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Installation

  • Assist lead installer to install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork modifications, thermostats, humidifiers, and accessories.
  • Fabricate or modify sheet metal as needed.
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  • Test and verify proper system operation before leaving the jobsite.
  • Maintain clean, professional job sites throughout each installation.

Service Technician/ Installer Requirements:

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NATE Certification
  • Sheet metal fabrication experience
