Installer Assistants often help with lifting, positioning, and securing components under supervision, and may also handle basic tasks like cleaning up after installations or running errands for supplies. The role requires effective communication and teamwork, as Installer Assistants work closely with experienced installers to learn proper techniques and contribute to the project's success. This hands-on position provides valuable experience and can be a stepping stone to more advanced installation or technician roles.
