Job Summary:

The Sales Installation Assistant provides direct coordination and regular communication with the sales consultants, the manufacturing facility, and the customer throughout the sales order and production process for all managed installation orders. The Sales Installation Assistant will participate in the continuous improvement of the process and procedures related to this role. This role is a full-time on-site position Monday – Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and completion of multiple sign projects at a time, ensuring consistency with customer expectations, company strategy, commitments, and goals for Stewart Signs managed installation orders.
  • Communicate with installation vendors throughout the managed installation process to ensure adherence to quotes, budgets and customer expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to establish a project pace, embrace situations to resolution providing a superior customer experience.
  • Efficiently coordinate each sign project’s timeline and schedule from point-of-sale to installation.
  • Provide information to appropriate departments or persons to progress sign project to completion.
  • Conduct live customer order audits to clarify order, set proper expectations and build project.
  • Work with installers to acquire quotes on potential upcoming projects based on information provided by sales representatives in company.

Education/Experience

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated high level data entry and customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Goal-oriented, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly or technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written skillsets and ability to communicate with multiple departments.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM).
  • Experience with Sales Force CRM (Desired).

  • The location of this job is in our Clanton, Alabama office.
