Job description

Job Requirements
This position is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical and building automation systems. The Senior Electrical Installer serves as the technical resource on assigned projects, ensuring installation quality, mentoring less experienced installers, and supporting successful project execution through advanced technical expertise.
Work Experience
  • Technical, trade school, military, apprenticeship, or vocational training, preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related technical experience installing electrical, controls, or building automation systems, required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and support to others, preferred.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and associated control platforms.
  • Working knowledge of industry communication protocols, including BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus.
  • Ability to read and interpret digital control drawings, wiring schematics, and project documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and applicable safety standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and building automation systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical controls, and integrated building systems.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex electrical and system integration issues.
  • Ability to prepare accurate redlines and as-built documentation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
