P.J. Fitzpatrick is excited to welcome enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bathroom Remodeling Apprentices! In this role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in bathroom renovations, specializing in installing high-quality acrylic baths. You will work under the guidance of skilled professionals, learning the trade and contributing to beautiful home transformations. If you are passionate about home improvement and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Pay: Starting hourly rate between $18 an hour, with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a standard day shift and potential for overtime.

Job Duties:
  • Assist Lead Installers with bathtub and shower replacement projects.
  • Learn to install acrylic bathtubs, shower systems, wall surrounds, and accessories.
  • Safely remove existing tubs, showers, and related materials.
  • Prepare job sites by protecting customers' homes and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Measure, cut, and install materials under the supervision of experienced installers.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Continuously develop installation skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the installation team.
