Experience: 0-2 Years
What You'll Do:
  • Learn the installation of metal roofing systems including standing seam panels, coping, gutters, downspouts, drip edge, and metal wall panels.
  • Assist experienced crew members with measuring, cutting, fabricating, and installing roofing materials.
  • Set up and maintain ladders, safety equipment, and jobsite protection.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Work closely with Crew Leaders to develop your skills and grow within the trade.
  • Install and troubleshoot various metal roofing systems and accessories.
  • Read and interpret metal roofing diagrams and project layouts.
  • Identify and properly install roofing components including standing seam panels, coping, gutters, downspouts, miters, boots, and accessories.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment safely.
  • Mentor and train entry-level installers.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and varying roof slopes.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
