Grayson Fencing is looking for a hard-working Fence Installation Professional to join our growing team. We install residential and commercial fencing throughout Berks County and surrounding areas.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and building high-quality projects for customers, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.

Job Responsibilities

• Install vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and wood fencing
• Dig and set fence posts using augers or equipment
• Measure and lay out fence lines accurately
• Install gates, hardware, and fence panels
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Construction or fence installation experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation to shop or job sites
• Ability to use power tools and basic construction equipment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred
