  • Execute HVAC installations for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the companies high standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, establishing a good rapport before and during each project.
  • Keep your assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition, ensuring everything is clean, organized, well-maintained, and functional.
  • Stay in constant contact with the installation coordinator, your manager, and team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with the estimator who sold the job, communicating any changes, issues, concerns, or necessary change orders that arise before or during the installation. This collaboration is key to effectively adapting project plans and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and document inventory usage on projects, keeping accurate records of all work performed, including photos and video documentation.
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, enhancing the company's reputation for respectfulness and attention to detail in every interaction on clients' property.
  • Supervise all work performed by apprentices and any other team members assigned to the project, offering guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
  • Comply with all training requirements, actively participating in sessions for both technical and soft skill development.
