As we continue to grow, we are seeking an apprentice Electrician to assist and learn all electrical operations and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of our installations.  
Position Overview 
Assist the supervising electrician on all installation of ATS and Generators.  
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Review sold job folders and confirm all electrical scope aligns with code and Generator Supercenter standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and trace wiring issues during installation and service
  • Support load testing of generator systems and ensure operational compliance
  • Assist in project preparation, including trenching, conduit routing, and setting mechanical components
  • Perform AC/DC wiring and read electrical diagrams and blueprints with precision
  • Install electrical equipment and components including panels, ATS units, wiring, conduit, and controls
  • Utilize electrical testing and measurement tools proficiently
  • Promote job site safety, cleanliness, and team collaboration
  • Support and train electrical technicians, as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
 
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of professional electrical experience (generator installation experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
  • Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience working with conduit, electrical panels, transfer switches, and backup power systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditions
  • Safety-minded and detail-oriented with a commitment to code compliance
