About the Role

Re-Bath is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in bathroom remodeling. As a Bathroom Remodel Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of residential bathroom remodeling while developing the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects.
  • Perform demolition and job site preparation.
  • Support basic plumbing installation and repairs.
  • Assist with tile preparation and installation.
  • Hang and finish drywall.
  • Assist with carpentry and cabinetry installation.
  • Perform painting and finishing work.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Travel to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months or more of remodeling, construction, or skilled trade experience.
  • Personal truck or reliable transportation preferred.
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools.
