Job description

This Install Landscaper position offers an opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the creation of beautiful, functional landscapes. The role involves hands-on work with a team to install plants, hardscapes, and other landscape features for residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to be part of a company dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and sod according to design plans
  • Prepare and grade soil, dig holes, and perform other site preparation tasks
  • Install hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, and edging
  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to changing project needs
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
