PURPOSE: Effectively perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance activities; to ensure efficient production processes with minimal downtime ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Mechanical Maintenance Duties Perform mechanical servicing and efficient maintenance on production machinery, equipment, plant, and utilities; in order to help meet or exceed production, waste, downtime, and quality goals Ensure optimal machine settings are implemented to achieve efficient operations Maintain the reliability of the equipment to help meet and exceed the facility's goals for quality and production by inspecting, troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical problems on all manufacturing equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures Responsible for workplace safety Responsible for order and cleanliness of Workshop area Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and information technology systems assembly process by functional unit, e.g
