Job description

You know how to run a clean install, lead a crew, and leave every homeowner impressed. We’re looking for an HVAC Install Lead who takes pride in doing things right the first time, mentors installers, and sets the standard on every job. If you’re ready to lead installs—not just work them—this is your next move!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 3-5 Years of Residential HVAC Install experience required
  • Service Titan experience strongly preferred
  • Able to independently install and replace residential HVAC systems (from basic heating & cooling system to full home automated systems)
  • Advanced understanding of HVAC System design and Installation Techniques 
  • Knowledge of advanced electrical and refrigeration principles 
  • Able to install garage unit heaters, steam humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV & HRV Systems, exhaust fans and set up gas pressure on gas furnaces
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record
