What is an install project manager?

An Install Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects, such as setting up equipment, systems, or construction elements. They manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure installations are completed efficiently and to client specifications. Install Project Managers also coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, troubleshoot issues that arise during installation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

How does an install project manager typically coordinate with cross-functional teams during a project?

An Install Project Manager regularly collaborates with various teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, and on-site installers, to ensure seamless project execution.
