About the Role
The Contractor Performance Manager plays a critical role in building, supporting, and scaling Remi's network of roofing and solar installation partners. This position focuses on developing strong contractor relationships, ensuring project execution excellence, and driving continuous improvement in scheduling, communication, and SLA performance.
This is an in-office position based in Lehi, Utah, where you'll work closely with the Operations team to oversee project pipelines, maintain partner accountability, and ensure timely communication between Remi and our enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
  • Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with our roofing and solar install partners across assigned territories.
  • Performance Management: Hold contractors accountable to SLAs, project timelines, and quality standards while helping them improve scheduling and throughput.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-performing partners to expand capacity and improve coverage.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between Remi and enterprise partners to maintain alignment, share updates, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Maintain organized and accurate project pipelines with consistent updates across Remi and enterprise platforms (CRM, dashboards, trackers, etc.).
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps, share best practices, and help refine processes that improve contractor success and customer satisfaction.
