Summary:
The HVAC Install Manager oversees residential and/or commercial HVAC installation operations. This role manages installation teams, schedules projects, ensures quality workmanship, maintains customer satisfaction, and supports company revenue and efficiency goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HVAC installation operations and installation crews
  • Schedule and coordinate installation jobs efficiently
  • Monitor quality control and ensure installations meet code and company standards
  • Train, coach, and develop installers and lead technicians
  • Conduct job site inspections and safety audits
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy, permits, and documentation
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service departments
  • Manager labor costs, productivity, and installation performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding installation staff
  • Maintain inventory and equipment accountability
