Position Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide the necessary planning, direction, control, and supervision of the field crew to accomplish the requirements of all assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
    • Leads construction crew to complete projects on schedule and budget.
    • Required to pour concrete foundations, install underground conduit, pull wire, and install traffic signal poles and/or streetlight poles with luminaires.
    • Must be able to operate mini excavator, bucket truck, and pole truck.
    • Delegate daily work to crew members and supervise crew members on assignments.
    • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
    • Prepare field reporting, including daily foreman's reports, safety reports, timecards, etc.
    • Ensure all company policies are consistently followed by all personnel under their responsibility.
    • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Position Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
    • Valid Class A CDL.
    • IMSA Level I & II.
    • Must be able to operate a bucket truck, pole truck, and mini excavator.
    • Must be able to read and understand construction plans.
    • Experience in crew management, good planning ability, and supervision skills.
