We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Delivery & Install Manager to join our team at our Stones River headquarters.

Position Summary

The Delivery & Install Manager oversees the coordination and execution of hot tub and sauna deliveries and installations. This role serves as a key connection between the sales team, customers, scheduling staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee scheduling operations and coordinate delivery and installation timelines
  • Contact customers after the sale to confirm delivery details and installation expectations
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service
  • Ensure all logistics and preparation for deliveries and installations are properly arranged
  • Track and maintain accurate project schedules, records, and timelines
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Resolve scheduling or service issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, and leadership throughout the process
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Demonstrated accountability and follow-through
  • Previous project management, logistics coordination, or subcontractor management experience preferred
  • Experience in the pool, spa, construction, or home services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
