Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the installation department, including each service project from start to finish.
  • Manage and lead Installers and Installer assistants (helpers). 
  • Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish. 
  • Interact with customers, designers, and the production department.
Requirements
  • Experience in product installation (e.g., home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, and other closet/cabinet experience).
  • Superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
  • Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
