The HVAC Install Manager is responsible for overseeing all residential and/or commercial HVAC installation projects. This role manages installation teams, coordinates schedules, ensures quality workmanship, maintains safety standards, and delivers exceptional customer service. The HVAC Install Manager works closely with sales, operations, warehouse, and service departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Residential HVAC Systems Installation when needed.
  • Manage and supervise HVAC installation technicians and crews.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation projects to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
  • Review project specifications, permits, and equipment requirements prior to installation.
  • Monitor labor productivity, job costs, and project profitability.
  • Train, coach, and develop installation personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate inventory, equipment, and material needs with warehouse and purchasing departments.
  • Resolve customer concerns and installation issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and project completion documentation.

Requirements
